This item is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. We have disclosed the issues and defects we are presently aware of. This disclosure is not a complete inspection, diagnosis, or representation of every defect or condition that may exist, and we have not performed a comprehensive mechanical or structural inspection unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
Additional mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, or other defects may be present that are unknown to us. Buyers are responsible for any inspection or due diligence they consider necessary before purchase, and should not treat the absence of a disclosed issue as a representation that no such issue exists.
All offers are non-binding until accepted in writing.
