Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

UsefulJunk is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.


International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
