All Sales Final

All purchases made on UsefulJunk.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Yard sale vehicles and equipment are sold as-is under their listing terms.

Giveaway Entries

Sweepstakes entries earned with a purchase are a bonus and do not change this policy. Not winning a giveaway is not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange. No purchase is necessary to enter or win; see Official Rules for free entry details.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@usefuljunk.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear are not covered.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
