JETs Vol. 26-19: Heavy D's UH-60A Black Hawk

We are stoked to partner with Heavy D of the Diesel Brothers to bring you 1600 tags cut from a main rotor blade removed from his UH-60A Black Hawk - N801WT. 

N801WT formerly served with the U.S. Army under serial number 79-23311. After its military career, the helicopter was transferred to civilian ownership and received the registration N801WT. In 2022 Heavy D purchased the Black Hawk and maintains it in flying condition. 

Hang card artwork has been illustrated by Ryan Roadkill (winter/green card) and Beyond Visual Range (summer/orange card). See below to see which card ships with each variant. All tags ship with black 3D printed hanging hardware and a cable ring. All tags are laser etched with a planform view of a UH-60. 

Vol. 26-19 is offered in 5 tag variants plus a 3" long rotor blade leading-edge cross section that is serialized with the run. Note: each tag is unique. Pictures are examples of what your tag may look like. These have been cut from a used aircraft component. Some have scratches and wear marks that are consistent with this use and the production methods used to make them.  

Variants: 

Black: The majority of the run. These are thin black tags. Most feature a composite honeycomb back. A few are aluminum. Some have small areas of tan paint. These tags ship on winter (green) card featuring art by Ryan Roadkill. 

Multicolor/Stencil: Tags that feature prominent tan stenciling and/or striping. They are identical in thickness to the Black tags. These tags ship on summer (orange) card featuring art by Beyond Visual Range. 

Blade Tip: Cut from the tip/cap of the rotor blade. These are mostly carbon fiber. A few feature portions of the nickel leading edge. These tags ship on winter (green) card featuring art by Ryan Roadkill. 

Titanium Spar: Solid, heavy tags that feature a titanium back. This titanium is part of the internal nitrogen-filled spar that runs the length of UH-60 main rotor blades. The backs of these tags feature a Heavy D etched logo. A few feature portions of the nickel leading edge on the front of the tag. These tags ship on winter (green) card featuring art by Ryan Roadkill. 

Titanium Spar Multicolor/Stencil: Identical to the Titanium Spar tag described above but feature tan stenciling and/or striping. The most limited variant. These tags ship on summer (orange) card featuring art by Beyond Visual Range. 

Leading-Edge Cross Section: A very slick keepsake, these are 3" long full cross-sections of the nickel leading edge of the main rotor blade. The underside of the cross-section features the titanium spar. They free-stand and come with an etched design on the front. Like the tags, these are all unique. Some are taller; some are shorter, but these are the chunkiest bit offered in this release. They do not ship with a hang card.
